Manoj Patil is a first-generation Social Entrepreneur and the Managing Partner at M/s Pee Bee Packaging, a company involved in the manufacturing of corrugated boxes and allied products since 1999. Throughout his career, Manoj has overcome various challenges in the industry, which have shaped his entrepreneurial outlook and approach.

In addition to his role at Pee Bee Packaging, Manoj has actively collaborated with industry colleagues in the corrugation industry. He has dedicated three years as the Treasurer of the Federation of Corrugated Box Manufacturers of India (FCBM) and four years as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Western India Corrugated Box Manufacturers Association (WICMA). These roles have allowed him to contribute to the industry and work towards its growth and development.

Since 2018, Manoj has held the position of Honorary Chairman at the Pundhe Shahpur Industrial Estate and Premises Co-operative Society Ltd. Under his leadership, the society has implemented various initiatives aimed at benefiting the Pundhe Shahpur Industries and nearby industrial establishments in Shahpur.

Manoj is also involved with the Vibrant India Economic Council (VIEC), a non-profit organization focused on harnessing the energy of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to effectively address the challenges they face. This involvement demonstrates his commitment to advocating for the issues and interests of small businesses.

Furthermore, Manoj currently serves as a Governing Council member of the Chambers of Small Industry Association (COSIA).

As a promoter of the MET Foundation, Manoj is in the process of establishing a state of art Packaging Cluster,Skill Traing & Research Center in the Shahpur area.of Thane district in Maharashtra. This initiative aims to foster overall growth for packaging units in the region, provide packaging solutions for underdeveloped products, create new markets, and generate new opportunities for the packaging industry.
